How to start?

We advise. We design.We build.

Seven services we combine to give your business a website — and everything around it.
01

Consulting & Strategy

How many customers has your business lost to a website that was never planned?

We listen. We look. We advise.

Every project starts here. Before anything is designed, we look at how your business actually works and what your customers are trying to do when they find you.

You leave the first conversation with a clear plan — what to change, in what order, and why — whether or not we build it for you.

What's included:

  • Review of your current site and channels
  • What your customers need to find
  • Positioning against your competitors
  • A plan of what to build first

Branding

Would a customer recognise your business with the name covered?

We define. We draw. We document.

We settle what your business stands for and who it speaks to, then design the marks that carry it — and the rules that keep them consistent once we hand them over.

Your website is designed from this same design DNA, so brand and site are recognisably one thing.

What's included:

  • Naming and positioning
  • Logo and mark
  • Colour, type and imagery
  • Brand guidelines

A mark blind-embossed into cream cotton paper, lit from the side by red light.
Paper swatches, three colour chips and a steel ruler on black glass.
03

Custom Web & App Development

Does your website look like every other one in your street — and what happens to it when the rental contract ends?

We design. We build. We hand over.

No templates. Every page is designed for your business, from your design DNA — and designed and engineered by the same person, so nothing is lost between a layout and a working page.

You see every screen before a line of code is written. Built in code rather than a page builder, it loads fast and looks exactly as designed — and when it launches, the code, the design and the domain are yours.

What's included:

  • Structure, user journeys and interface design
  • Desktop and mobile, phone first
  • Custom code — React, Next.js, Python
  • Content your team can edit
  • Speed, SEO and accessibility
  • Hand-over of code, design and domain

Workflow Optimization & Automation

How many hours a week go into copying the same information from one tool into another?

We map. We connect. We automate.

We map how work actually moves through your business — enquiries, bookings, invoices, follow-ups — and find the steps a person should not be doing by hand.

Then we set up the tools around it: a CRM that holds every customer, dashboards that show where things stand, a workspace your team actually uses, and automations that take over the repetitive part. It is documented, and it stays yours.

What's included:

  • CRM setup and clean-up
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Notion and workspace setup
  • AI automations for repetitive work

AI Media Creation

Are your photos doing the selling, or apologising for it?

We direct. We generate. We finish.

We direct generative tools toward a look we have already decided on with you, then finish every image by hand.

It never stands in for a photograph of something real — your team, your room and your product are shown as they are.

What's included:

  • Directed image and film generation
  • Product and space visuals
  • Short films and loops
  • Finished by hand, provenance kept

Graphic Design

When the menu is reprinted, who keeps it looking like your business?

We lay out. We print. We match.

The work that gets held and read rather than scrolled. Marija runs it, with the same rules as your brand and your site.

The printed piece and the website end up recognisably the same business.

What's included:

  • Print and editorial layout
  • Menus, flyers and signage
  • Packaging
  • Presentation and pitch documents

Social Media

Who posts in the week your shop is full?

We plan. We post. We stay consistent.

The surface your customers see most often, held to the same rules as your brand and site. Marija runs it directly.

One team for the site and the feed means the two never drift apart.

What's included:

  • Channel strategy
  • Content system and templates
  • Posting and community
  • Formats native to each platform

How to start?

Three steps, and the first one takes five minutes.
  1. 1

    Write to us

A paragraph about your business and what is not working yet is enough.

  2. 2

    We talk it through

A first call with our team. You talk, we take notes.

  3. 3

You get a plan and a price

What we would build, what it includes and what it costs — before any work begins.
