We digitalizeany idea.

Custom websites, designed and coded for your business — and owned by you.

How to start?See our work

We digitalize businessesthat refuse templates.

One studio, one system, every service. You get a website designed from your own taste — built in code, and yours to keep.

01

Apollo does the work of a full agency

Rustam designs with Apollo, his own design system. It covers the roles a full digital agency staffs with 15–20 people — so every service runs through one team that controls every step, faster and to a higher standard.

02

No meeting hours in your price

No daily meetings, no status calls billed by the hour. Agency meeting time is not in our prices, which is why the price is lower.

03

Your design DNA, built in code

Most Austrian agencies ship WordPress sites and templates. We design each site from your business's own design DNA and taste, and build it in code — React, Next.js, Python, whatever the job needs.

04

You own it. You don't rent it

Many agencies rent you the website — “Website mieten” — and when the contract ends you have nothing. With us the code, the design and the domain are yours.

Services

Everything a website needs, from the first conversation to the day it goes live — under one roof.

Strategy, brand, web and app development, automation, media, print and social — combined per project, never sold as a package.

A website is a toolfor building an advantage

A website should be designed for one business, and it should belong to that business.

A template is built for everyone who buys it, so it cannot look like you. We start from your business's design DNA — how you work, what you sell, who walks in — and design the site from there.

Then we build it in code and hand it over. The code, the design and the domain are yours. There is no monthly rent, and nothing to lose when a contract ends.

Three steps, start to launch.

Evidence first, then a direction you approve, then the build. Nothing is made before you have seen it.

  1. A dark corridor lit by two vertical red panels, a doorway open at the far end.

    Step 1: Evidence & direction

A short written direction — what the site should say, who it is for, and why.

    You approve

  2. A woman seated in a dark consultation room, writing on a notepad, a carafe on the table before her.

    Step 2: Design & check

Every page designed, for phone and desktop, approved by you screen by screen.

    You approve

  3. A laptop and a phone on a dark desk, both showing the same website design.

    Step 3: Build & launch

The live site — and the code, the design and the domain, handed to you.

Where we are going

One engine. One industry at a time.

We build reusable systems that make each new business easier to launch, run and scale.

Every industry we enter gets the same engine: brand, website, content, sales, delivery and automation. What one launch teaches us is written back into the system, so the next one starts further ahead.

Hair & Beauty in Klagenfurt is the first. Everything we build for it has to work for the industry that comes after.

The master plan

Convenium

The engine

Same engine. Different market.

  1. 01Now

    Launch & validate

    • Hair & Beauty — the first launch
    • Build the systems as we go
    • Win the first clients
    • Produce the content
    • Automate what repeats
  2. 02Engine

    System foundation

    • Apollo — our own design system
    • CRM and operations
    • AI automation
    • Templates and SOPs
    • A knowledge base that keeps itself current
  3. 03Next

    Category by category

    • A waitlist collects demand from other industries
    • The next category is chosen on evidence
    • Every launch faster than the one before
  4. 04Future

    ConveniumHub

    • Skill-based onboarding
    • A taskboard for every role
    • Work checked by agent testers
    • Rewards paid on delivery

Business by business.

Each category opens with a launch campaign. Businesses that join during it get a launch price, and the sites we build for them become the catalogue the next businesses in that trade choose from.

Once a launch has run, its workflow is automated. The next category opens faster, with its own launch price for its own campaign.

A category is done when

  • The website is live
  • Inquiries and bookings arrive in the CRM
  • Follow-ups run automatically
  • The first clients are paying
  • The whole launch is documented, ready to reuse

Every category runs the same six phases

  1. Phase A: ResearchThe market, the niche, what owners need
  2. Phase B: BrandPositioning and the category's look
  3. Phase C: Operating systemWebsite, booking path, CRM, automation
  4. Phase D: Content & demandExamples, campaign, outreach
  5. Phase E: LaunchOpen to the trade at a launch price
  6. Phase F: StabilizeFix what was manual, write it down

€2,290Website package, regular price, net plus VAT. The middle of the Austrian market for a custom-built website is €3,250.

We can price it this way because the work runs on Apollo — Rustam's own design system, with a knowledge base that keeps itself current — and the people doing it have the skills for every part of it. Fewer hands, fewer hours, and no meeting time on your invoice.

Built in React, Next.js and Python.

Not templates, not page builders — which is why the site looks exactly as designed and loads fast.

FAQ

Do you need more information? Here are the answers to the questions we hear most often.

Yes — advice is where every project starts. Write to us and we will look at your current site and channels, tell you plainly what we would change first and why, and show you examples of how it could work. If we do not end up working together, you still keep the advice.

Small businesses are who we build for — barbers, practices, cafés, shops, hotels. Because there are no departments and no meeting hours in our prices, a custom site is within reach of a business that would otherwise be sold a template.

One price for the project, agreed before any work starts. We quote it after the first conversation, once we know what the site has to do — and it does not change unless you ask for something new. There is no monthly fee, and no meeting hours in it.

Three steps. We gather evidence about your business and bring you one direction. We design it and check it with you. Then we build, launch and hand it over. You talk to Rustam and Marija the whole way, and you see every decision before it is built.

Yes. A website on its own is the most common project we take. Branding, media and social are there if you need them — never a condition.

Hair & beauty, gastronomy, e-commerce, education, medical and tourism, each with its own catalogue of example sites. If your business is something else, tell us about it — the list grows in the order people ask.
